  1. Offers
    All offers are without engagement. Buyer is only bound after he has given his order electronically to BESTFIX. If no prior written order has taken place, the buyer is bound after receipt of the invoice and the goods. BESTFIX is not liable for errors regarding deviations in prices, illustrations, and specifications unless these have serious consequences for the operation or capacity. All non-binding offers can be revoked by BESTFIX, even if the term of acceptance has been exceeded.
  2. Claims
    BESTFIX is not obliged to accept complaints that do not reach us in writing or after 14 days from the invoice date. Complaints about delivered goods cannot affect the mutual obligations of goods already delivered or to be delivered.
  3. Warranty and liability
    BESTFIX undertakes to guarantee all goods it delivers for a period of one year after delivery or shipment (except for movable parts. By movable parts we mean: the firing pin, trigger, magazine, safety device, etc. On these we give 6 months warranty). Only when it appears that there is a material or manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new product (BESTFIX will decide). Goods sent for warranty assessment should be delivered to us carriage paid. The warranty period will be shortened if the goods are used more than 40 hours per week. Warranty will expire if the buyer or third parties disassemble or modify the goods without prior permission from BESTFIX. BESTFIX is never liable for costs resulting from damage or loss of profit and time of the delivered goods. Upon delivery of goods whose use reasonably requires a prescription or instruction, BESTFIX will provide them. If such instructions are unexpectedly missing, BESTFIX will still have to provide them, without charging any costs. BESTFIX cannot be held liable for damages resulting from incorrect handling.
  4. Changes, cancellations
    Changes or cancellations of the purchase must be reported by mail to BESTFIX. All costs resulting from this will be charged to the buyer. Goods returned after delivery can only be accepted if they are accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or invoice, within 7 days after shipping date, in original, undamaged packaging. BESTFIX will charge at least 15% return costs with a minimum amount of €15.
  5. Transport and delivery
    All freight and non-freight deliveries travel at the buyer's risk. The choice of transportation lies with BESTFIX. Other carriers or mode of shipment (at the request of the buyer) and the resulting costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Unless timely requested by the buyer, the goods will travel uninsured. BESTFIX delivers carriage paid for a closed order at once with a minimum invoice value of € 150. Below this amount we charge costs, which can be found on BESTFIX. Regarding the specified delivery time, this is only a delivery time approximation and costs resulting from exceeding it cannot be charged to BESTFIX.
  6. Force majeure
    Force majeure includes all circumstances that prevent a correct or "just-in-time" delivery. Both buyer and BESTFIX can cancel the purchase agreement in these circumstances.
  7. Price
    The sales price quoted by BESTFIX is based on the purchase price and other cost factors. If these costs change after confirmation but before delivery, BESTFIX is entitled to pass on the cost change to Buyer.
  8. Applicable Law
    Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements of purchase and sale as well as all delivery and sales conditions and all related agreements, unless otherwise agreed upon between the buyer and BESTFIX.
