V Staple (71) SS - different lengths

Staples of type 71, due to their width of 9.10 mm and the design of the wire, called round wire, are especially suitable for attaching various materials where a light staple is desired. These staples, for example, are often used for upholstering furniture fabrics and for covering stairs with carpeting. Furthermore, these staples are frequently used to attach labels to crates. Due to the thin wire, these staples are almost invisible in thicker fabrics and rugs. The wire size of the staple is quite thin; the wire thickness is only 0.6 mm and the wire width is 0.75 mm. This also makes these staples less noticeable for visible work. Therefore, these staples are less suitable for materials that can tear easily, such as leather or faux leather. For attaching these materials, we recommend type 80., which has flat wire and a wider crown. The width of this staple is 12.8 mm.
